Fast and Uniform Drying: Our dryers are designed to ensure efficient drying of jars, cans, and bottles, enhancing the final product’s aesthetic appeal and guaranteeing precise, long-lasting labeling. A single 2-meter EXSICUS dryer can reach a production capacity of up to 400 cpm. It is possible to connect a sufficient number of modules in series to meet the required production rate.

The rotary table allows you to change the direction of the pallet along the conveyor line and is characterized by two types of movement: one for rotation and the other for the advancement of the load. It consists of a rotating structure and can be equipped with both roller and chain modules.

• Productivity up to 180 layers/hour with complete modular system, with reference to the use of euro pallets (800 x 1200 mm.), and medium box sizes
• Gripping equipment consisting of a light alloy structure, equipped with joggers and compactors produced individually or in rows placed inside the device, motorized and controlled by P.L.C. The equipment is prepared and, if necessary, equipped with a rotation unit to allow various configurations of layer picking and deposit.
