Luca Abretti
Luca Abretti is currently the Sales and Technical Director at MAKO SRL, where he focuses on promoting projects and developing solutions to meet market demands. Previously, he held the position of Technical Director at a major machinery production company in the glass industry, and earlier, he served as Elect. Dept. Manager at a leading company in the glass and beverage sector. Luca began his career as a PLC programmer and plant tester at small companies operating in the beverage and glass industries, accumulating over 25 years of experience in the field.
Stefano Gnudi
Stefano Gnudi, with over 20 years of experience as a Technical Director, has coordinated projects for the supply of complete lines for conveying, palletizing, wrapping, and handling in various sectors such as: Bottling, Glass Industry, and Food Industry, always focusing on secondary packaging and end-of-line systems. He has also served as a Technical-Commercial Representative, working on project definition with both national and international clients. Additionally, he has contributed to the research and development of new technologies and applications in the packaging machinery sector, consolidating his technical and commercial expertise.
Davide Eteri
Davide Eteri, with a diploma in Computer Science, boasts 35 years of experience in the field of industrial automation. Since 2008, he has served as a team manager, specializing in end-of-line machines. He is an expert in the integration and management of Fanuc, Kuka, and Yaskawa industrial robots, applying his skills to optimize production processes and ensure advanced and reliable solutions in the automation sector.
Paolo Di Filippo
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma, he has extensive experience in the design of end-of-line machines. He has coordinated special and prototype machinery projects, handling layouts and R&D for industrialization. He has managed teams of professionals in international settings, contributing to the global success of operations.
Sergiu Donica
Graduated in Mechatronics from ITIS Leonardo da Vinci in Parma, he has extensive experience with conveyor belts for glass bottles, PET, cans, and jars. He has worked with clients such as Diageo and Nestlé Purina. He now manages the “Food and Beverage Conveyor” technical office at MAKO, developing expertise in plant sizing.
Liliana Starciuc
In 2005, she moved to Italy to attend the Master’s program in “European Citizenship and Public Administration” at Roma Tre University. Previously, she studied in Moldova, Romania, and at the “Ion Creanga” University in Chisinau. Today, she is the Senior Sales Manager at MAKO S.r.l., with twenty years of experience in the hollow glass packaging sector.
Enrico Miglio
Enrico Miglio, who holds a diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing, has been the Chief Operating Officer at MAKO S.r.l. since 2021, overseeing business operations and managing human and financial resources. Previously, he served as Personnel Manager for three years, handling employee recruitment, training, and development. He began his career as a Purchasing Officer, managing supplies and relationships with suppliers, contributing to the company’s operational growth.
Maurizio Ferdenzi
Maurizio Ferdenzi, with over 20 years of experience in designing machinery for the food & beverage sector, founded MAKO S.r.l. in 2016, a company specialized in the design and production of conveyor belts and industrial machines. Thanks to his vision and expertise, the company has grown rapidly, evolving into a constantly expanding enterprise.
